Employment Services
CAPI is deeply committed to creating pathways to economic independence for immigrants, refugees, and mainstream clients. To create these pathways, CAPI continues to deliver quality employment and training services to “hard to employ individuals” who encounter multiple barriers to employment including language barriers, no or little employment history, and lack of higher education. In order to create employment options for our clients CAPI staff provides culturally competent individualized services and tailored employment plans for each client.
