The strategic direction of CAPI is a result of a 6-month participatory process in which we sought and obtained thoughts and ideas from refugees & immigrants, staff, implementing & funding partners, community leaders, our Board of Directors, and peer organizations. Our vision is that all refugees and immigrants lead successful lives and exercise fully their civic rights and responsibilities. Our mission is to guide refugees and immigrants in their journey to self-determination and social equality.
