Get Ready to Give & Grow!

For over 40 years, CAPI has provided critical resources to immigrants, refugees, and other marginalized communities in the Twin Cities, and we aren’t stopping now!

From a small, culturally-specific food shelf in 1982 to an organization serving over 10,000 individuals annually, CAPI has grown alongside our communities.

Join us on September 10th, 2026, at the Luminary Arts Center to enjoy the beauty and vibrancy of Minnesota's refugee and immigrant communities. At this one-of-a-kind gala, attendees experience dance, song, theater, and more! Heavy appetizers will be provided, and guests will find a variety of exciting silent auction items to bid on.

Silent Auction

Thanks to several businesses and organizations in the Twin Cities, we are able to provide exciting items and experiences for in-person and virtual attendees to bid on. All proceeds from the auction help: put food on tables, people find jobs, participants access wellbeing and health programming, and so much more.

A few of the 2025 auction items included:

A 2-night stay at a cabin on the Kettle River for up to 11 people.
A private concert from Mill City String Quartet in your home or backyard for up to 30 people.
A $100 gift card to the Asia Mall in Eden Prairie!

Attire for the event is cocktail. We also encourage cultural/traditional clothing!

VIP Tickets – $175 (assigned, preferred seating, drink ticket)
