Twin Cities World Refugee Day is back! Join us for a celebration of our refugee friends and neighbors as we gather at Centennial Park in Brooklyn Center on June 11. See cultural performances, learn from the storytelling tent, and shop at the global market. While you’re there, grab some delicious eats from the food trucks and enjoy being a part of a celebration that showcases just a bit about what makes living in Minnesota so great. This is event is presented by CAPI in partnership with the City of Brooklyn Center!
This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund & this work is funded in part by the Minnesota Humanities Center with money from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund that was created with the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008.
