CAPI, in partnership with The Camden Collective, Sustainable Resources Center, and Neighborhood HealthSource, is offering a FREE wellness check-up for children ages 1 year to 18 years old. Screening includes general health, vision, hearing, and lead testing for children under 6 years old. You can also receive a COVID vaccination or booster shot. Those receiving their vaccination will also receive a $50 gift card.
